HH Architecture was involved in all stages as project lead. Our team conducted initial strategic planning studies, employee surveys, and visioning sessions with leadership before completing test fits in five potential locations. CentreGreen of Highwoods Properties was identified as the strongest fit for the client’s needs.

The design concept focused on the creation of “neighborhoods” through open work settings separated by shared enclosed spaces. We also accommodated the need for client support space independent of client meeting space. Many of the larger shared spaces were centrally located, allowing for quieter program at the far ends.

The interior design leverages a clean and simple aesthetic with pops of color that coordinated with CATO SMS’s branding efforts.
