Overview
HH Architecture partnered with TA Loving to provide design and planning services as part of a Construction Manager at Risk team to deliver the Maxwell Regional Agricultural & Convention Center for Wayne County.
In the beginning stages of this project, HH Architecture provided design criteria package and renderings to Wayne County for use in fund raising. The design criteria package was used to secure funding to move the project forward.
The design of the building includes a large assembly hall as well as flexible classroom, meeting, and office spaces available for use by a variety of agriculture, agribusiness, and community organizations including the Cooperative Extension, Wayne Soil and Water, Farm Service Agency, Travel & Tourism, USDA and 4-H.
