Overview
Located on the Mountain to Sea Trail, the HUB is part of a multi-modal transportation center that includes bus, bicycle, and trailways.
This project was funded by the Transportation Investment Generating Economic Recovery Discretionary Grant (TIGER). It provides a 1,000-SF covered outdoor performance stage, relief station and rest area, bike repair station, restrooms, bus station, and a waiting area to serve transit and recreation functions. The overall design of the two-block HUB evokes the historical context of transit within the modern environment.
