Located in Raleigh, NC, The Sertoma Arts Center is a creative and collaborative facility for all ages. The Center offers classes in the arts, exhibitions, studio spaces, and community groups.
HH Architecture completed a study that explored options to expand the existing Sertoma Arts Center. Beloved by the community, patrons, and staff, the current Center is overdue for programmatic, functional, code, and site improvements.
Our team conducted several meetings with the City of Raleigh Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources department, Sertoma Arts staff, and Development Services to understand their current and future needs. We developed three design options to convey different opportunities and considerations. These were presented to project stakeholders.
