The scope of this project includes a new two-story building to include a project workspace lab, robotics and design lab, mechanical, civil, electrical labs, and a physics lab as well as staff and faculty offices and lounge space. This building will become the gateway building on JCC’s campus. It will be visible from the main road and serve as a campus landmark for students, faculty, staff, and visitors. Before our team was awarded the full design of this project, we assisted the client with conceptual design to enable JCC to make an informed proposal to the Johnston County School Board and the Superintendent to gain funding for this facility that will help to meet the needs of this growing College.
