The Five Points Center located at Whitaker Mill Road was specifically designed to mesh with an adjacent historic building and achieved LEED Gold certification through the U.S. Green Building Council. Included in this 20,000 square foot center is a commercial kitchen for serving Meals on Wheels patrons, a large multipurpose area, and fitness, art, and game rooms.

As one of Raleigh’s first city-owned senior centers, the Anne Gordon Center is an activity hub for Seniors across the region. Several design strategies were employed to ensure that the facilities were tailored to the unique requirements of their vibrant clientele. Features include daylit interior spaces with colors and glass selected to reduce glare and easy to navigate floor plans.
