HH Architecture Purchases and Renovates New Office Building

Raleigh, N.C. – HH Architecture has moved out of their office building on S. Harrington Street in the warehouse district of downtown Raleigh into temporary space while they renovate their new space in an existing office building located at 1100 Dresser Court. After occupying their office on S. Harrington Street for eight years, they need additional space to accommodate their growing staff.

HH Architecture will be moving into their renovated building sometime during the first quarter of 2018 once the renovation is complete. The exterior of their two-story building will be updated with the addition of new metal panels and north facing storefront windows. An accented waterfall canopy creates a sense of entry while tying the first and second floor façades together to create a cohesive design. The interior is an open concept floor plan designed by HH Architecture’s interior design department. Upon entry, guests will be welcomed in the reception area located adjacent to the large conference room. The first and second floors are connected by a large opening that allows natural light from the skylight monitor down into the ground level. The staff workspaces, break room, model shop, and interior design library are located on the second floor.

“We feel so lucky to have our Senior Interior Designer, Jessica Bossiere, leading our interior design department,” said Kristen Hess, principal of HH Architecture. “She brings a wealth of knowledge to our team with over 16 years of experience designing commercial interior spaces.”
